Returns & refunds

Due to the personal-care nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges, except where required by applicable law.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please email houseofvenussquad@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Keep the packaging while we review your request. We will help resolve eligible issues with a replacement or refund as appropriate. This reporting window does not limit your statutory rights.

Preorders & subscriptions

Preorders follow the schedule advertised for the item at purchase. Please see our Shipping Policy for timing, delays, and mixed shipments. Contact us promptly with any cancellation request; availability depends on the order stage and applicable law. Canceling future subscription renewals does not automatically cancel an order already placed. Nothing in this policy excludes cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights required by law.
