Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at houseofvenusco@gmail.com  with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve it.
